How we factor our shipping cost:

The quality of our ferments is unmatched. We make everything from scratch including our home made coconut milk for our kefir, we juice the lemons for our lemonade, we shred the cabbage for our kraut. We do not cut corners to save money. In addition we do not outsource our creations to a co-packer like 95% of the products you love do. Why? Because quality is #1 to us.

To maintain superior quality, we ship overnight. We have found through trial and error that overnight packages are cared for and treated kindly. By shipping overnight, you receive a package very quickly, intact and in perfect condition. This is the only way to maintain perfect quality from our kitchen to yours. 

**We often sell out of products. If your order does not ship right away, then we are sold out of a product that you ordered. Your order will ship asap when the item is back in stock. Please allow 24 hours for your order to process.

WE CANNOT CANCEL OR REFUND AN ORDER ON THE DAY THAT IT IS SHIPPING. IF YOU HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION WITH US, PLEASE NOTE WHEN IT WILL CHARGE/SHIP. WE CANNOT CANCEL ANY ORDERS ON THE DAY IT IS BEING SHIPPED. DO NOT EMAIL ME SAYING YOU DIDN'T KNOW YOU HAD A SUBSCRIPTION. IT IS VERY CLEAR. THANK YOU

We use FedEx to ship your package. We ship every day of the week except for Fridays and the weekend. We do not ship to a PO Box. We ship overnight. If there are delays with FedEx there are no refunds for shipping cost. We cannot control what Fed Ex does and why there are delays. If your items are lost or damaged please see policy below.
