Fermenting Fairy is a Ministry that functions as an Unincorporated 508(c)(1)(a) Faith and Nature Based Assembly: Rights Guaranteed under Federal Law U.S.C. 26 § 6033(a)(3(a)., and as such, it guarantees our rights to freedom of speech and to govern ourselves according to our own Bylaws and Doctrine. Fermenting Fairy has and maintains the standing of separate and equal station among all other entities.

The information on our site is intended for members of the private association and ministry affiliates. The Ministry is governed
solely by our Bylaws and Ecclesiastical law.

All actions and activity are intended to be private transactions between
the Ministry of Fermenting Fairy and its implied members. A purchase and/or donation is agreement of membership.
