1 Medium to large Kabocha squash or any winter squash

1 bottle of Fermenting Fairy Coconut Milk Kefir (any flavor)

Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

1/4 filtered spring water

a few pinches of pink himalayan salt

pinch of Ceylon Cinnamon for garnish or

homemade spice blend of ground anise, cardamom, cinnamon and cumin

1 mashed avocado 
Salt to taste
Lemon to taste 
Black Sesame Seeds to taste 
Lemon Ginger Sauerkraut 
1 Jicama

Using a mandolin slice jicama as thin as a tortilla. 
Mix mashed avocado with salt and lemon. 
​​​​​​​Place a layer of the avocado on top of he jicama, then place sauerkraut. Garnish with sesame seeds.

The Nopal Tostada is made with our Caraway Fennel Sauerkraut. This delicious and healthy meal is easy to make, too!


1/3 of a cup of Fermenting Fairy Caraway fennel sauerkraut
1 cactus Nopal with pricks taken off
1 tbs Turmeric powder
Locoro flower
Activated sesame seeds


Grill Nopal until soft
Mix sauerkraut with turmeric powder
Place kraut on top of Nopal
Mix locoro flowers with sesame seeds and place on top of sauerkraut
