I will teach you the health benefits of adding Kefir to your diet. You will learn how to make dairy (necessary to keep the grains alive), coconut and almond Kefir using two types of cultures. You will take home a jar (jar is included) to sit on your counter overnight, you will have Kefir the next day! I will give you samples to taste and also bring some other fermented foods to sample/purchase. We will be outside, in the shade, on the deck where the Pacific ocean will greet us. The scenery and fun is not to be missed!
